Location was exactly what I was looking for. The property has loads of potential, but would book another in the area for the rates charged. Enclosed garden is good, again tho, it could be so much more usable.
Cleanliness wasn't great, the cleaner leaving wet sheets in a washing machine and a dryer with a completely overloaded lint filter didn't make for a great start. Parking is not really available in the "shared" spaces adjacent. (Also I suggest telling guests that narrow access and the need to reverse bk out of the lane should they attempt to park in advance.....I am happy to do those manoeuvres, incredibly grateful others I know were not with me on this trip tho, the car would have been wrecked alongside other vehicles no doubt). The long stay car park pricing isnt around £10/week, closer to that per day. At over £150-£200/night for a four night stay it's on the expensive side for UK holiday rentals with the facilities available. No tea towels or dishcloths left in the property, should be capable of sleeping four without sufficient crockery for three. It's a shame, there is lots of opportunity here, but needs investing and improving.

A lovely little cottage in a great location if a little tricky to find:-) in the 1st instance smack bang in the middle of town
Absolutely Nothing to dislike, what I would say is if you are a large/tall person like me then the low doorways (watch your head!) and small stairs were tricky but that just adds to the charm of the place

Location is brilliant, cardigan is a lively town, and you have easy access on foot to its pubs eateries and shops.
Some aspects need a revamp, a new shower, and mattresses replacing.
