Staff helpful. Good breakfast. Clean room with fully opening windows, comfy bed, and a decent shower. All essentials superb.Easy access on foot into town. Cafe on site
All good. Check in needed codes needed to enter property and access room keys on a Sunday (all perfectly manageable), and codes were sent to us in good time - may not suit all.

Very central location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great accommodation including use of communal kitchen and living room facilities. Room was quiet and overlooked the castle garden. Really handy on site secure parking
A minor issue but we thought breakfast choices were a little limited; however breakfast was very good.

Was spacious
There was crumbling rocks falling off the ceiling
When asked they said the council is dealing with it also no room cleaning at all as we stayed 2 nights we were told it was self catering but not that it was not serviced
Also no herbal or decaf teas offered and one tiny packet of welcome biscuits
$$$$
