The property manager Simone kindly let us check in before 3 PM as we arrived at 2 PM. We loved the location on a very quiet street in the historic centre away from the bustling central square. Yet we could get to shops and restaurants in two minutes. TV worked fine. Wifi was great. I got no signal on my Italian phone. We made friends with the owners at a nearby grocery store with deli counter. LUIGI made the best sandwiches. We got our steps in on the many sets of steps with stunning views to and from beautiful beaches. We would stay at this property again because the owner was very responsive. She appreciated my feedback and was very apologetic :)
Steep external steps2front door/no handrail other than stonewall2hold on. There are 2 options to book. We booked for extra adult. Opened sofa bed - no sheets/pillowcases & there was a fresh Blood stain on mattress. We told property - a very apologetic owner called us and soon had cleaner come to add a mattress cover and sheets but didn't remove manufacturers zipped on cover, stain remained. AC unit in living room only/floor fan only in bedroom. We didn't need AC but no window in bedroom so stuffy during night. We kept windows in bathroom/living room open so mosquito invasion/no mosquito nets. External door in bedroom (behind curtain)leads2stairwell..door was open...found key on main house keys so I locked door. Both mattresses are hard (bed and sofa). No bedside lockers nor reading lamp in bedroom. Wardrobe has lots of wooden hangers. Steep steps leading2kitchen. No coffee nor teabags. No bags for rubbish. No shampoo nor shower gel in bathroom.

The apartment location is amazing right in the centre of the old town centre. 1 bed Apartment was small but comfy with sofa bed in lounge room. Aircon in living room, basic kitchen facilities - enough when you are mostly eating out / but it allowed us to grab breakfast supplies which was great. Local grocery shop and piazza nearby. Has a washing machine.
Google maps gets confused - the charming streets are a maze. It was difficult to find the apartment and we did wander around for a while.

La posizione della casa è eccellente, al centro del paesino splendido! Una posizione strategica! a 5 minuti dal mare e al centro,ma non nella confusione! La casa è pulitissima e completa di servizi!
