The location is great
The hotel is clean
The hotel is hot, they rarely open the AC in the summer even the lobby. Our room had bad AC it barely cool the room but they gave us a fan which helped a little. I think all the hotels in this area are like this based on our experience.

The room was quite beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. It was much more spacious than most hotels in the Old Quarter. The lobby had also been newly renovated, making the space feel airy and modern.
The staff were extremely friendly and provided me with a lot of helpful information. The hotel is very close to the Train Street cafés (only about a one-minute walk) and also within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. Although it is located in the Old Quarter, the area is surprisingly quiet and very convenient for reaching tourist attractions.
One lovely highlight was that the hotel prepared a list of “must-try” local food and sightseeing spots based on authentic local preferences. I truly appreciated this thoughtful and meticulous touch.
The next morning, I had an early trip to Ninh Binh. Even though it was earlier than the scheduled breakfast time, the hotel kindly arranged breakfast 15 minutes in advance so I could leave on time.
The breakfast buffet here doesn’t have too many items, but it seems to change daily—I noticed their daily menu board. A big plus is that the food was very fresh and of good quality. This left a very strong impression on me.
If I return to Hanoi, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Spacious rooms, clean & welcoming staff. Good location, so close to train street that even if you don’t intend to go there, chances are you’ll find yourself there.
The WiFi wasn’t working at all so I had to leave the hotel a day earlier.
