A nice desk for those who choose to work on Vacation. Air-conditioned bedroom. A fully voice activated alexa home. Bedroom is 20' x 14' and the living room 23' x 14' has plenty of room to coexist with your vacation partners. a brand new 5 burner BBQ and all the amenities needed for a comfortable trip if we don't have something just ask and we will do our best to provide you with the best stay possible! Property is a quaint back half of a duplex in aquiet neighborhood. Parkimg was right out front. The king size bed is always a must for our 6 foot + heights. All rooms are spacious

This was a great little corner of Huntington we love and would return to. The house had everything we needed and the property owner (Wally) was always available for questions. The neighborhood is safe, clean and walking distance to the beach. Food, shops and bike rentals are also in the neighborhood. Our 18 month old had a place to play and keep busy. Thanks Wally!

Adorable end unit, single story with private yard and great BBQ. Wonderful kitchen, large bathroom, great TV with tons of channels. Easy parking, right at your front door. Wonderful access to downtown. Perfect for us! ❤️ Thank you Wally, we will be back.

I booked this for a visit with friends in Huntington Beach with my mom, sister and 2 non shedding pups (~40lbs total). Wally is a great host. Big pluses - no chores needed upon departure and the toilet paper is nice. (No one likes hotels or rentals with 1 ply TP, let’s be honest). Property is clean and as described and shown in photos. Easy check in and extra blankets, bedding and towels easily found. Great communication and reply. Area is a nice stroll to Pacific city (small mall with restaurants) right on the beach and a equally nice stroll to Main Street in HB. Quiet neighborhood and pricing was great given the area. Overall I would not hesitate to book this property if you’re looking. And I will def keep it on my short list for this area!

I had the best time on this trip! Location makes it easy to enjoy beach every day and host was so nice! I appreciated the decor, soft sheets, beach towels and beach chair provided and loved the shower and washer and dryer. Very comfortable stay. I’m already planning on coming back.

Very clean, up-to-date cottage with a darling front yard to sit and enjoy the sun. Cozy and clean with lots of extra pillows and blankets for this cold March weekend! Great neighborhood to walk the dogs. All that we could have hoped it would be.

Couldn't have been happier with our choice for Surf City weekend. Wally was super helpful and quick to respond to my questions as I was traveling with a little one. Location is close and within walking distance to downtown. We will be back!

The apartment and it's fenced yard was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The space was as promised, providing all the basics as well as many thoughtful extras. The host was responsive and communicated quickly. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Place was very nice adequately furnished only problem was air conditioner was only in bedroom during a heat wave I'm sure normally Southern California that would not be an issue
