I am a lover of old houses and this one made me swoon😍 Beautiful floors, windows, mouldings, but with all the modern necessities. We felt very safe in the area, enjoyed both the front and back porches. It was great to have a garage, and the house had all of the things we needed, from kitchen ware, to bathroom items. Recommend 100%

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful our stay was. The location was absolutely fabulous with a small back yard and several well sized rooms. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this place to families and especially pet owners.

Our family consist of 3 teenagers, 2 adults and our 2 Yorkies. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The beds were amazing. The record player was a nice touch…the teenagers were amazed. The fenced in yard was nice. We would definitely stay again!!

This is an adorable, historic home in a great location. We came to visit family and were able to have a family picnic in the backyard. The hosts were excellent! They thought of everything! They even showed their love of dogs by providing a welcome toy and snacks for our pups. The yard was private and perfect for our dogs to get exercise. We definitely recommend this house!

We really enjoyed staying at this cute renovated home in New Albany, Indiana. The owner was quick to answer questions and even came in person when we had trouble getting the TV to come on. Love having the fenced backyard for our for babies. Love the character of the house, including the designs on the wooden floor and the laundry chute! A great place.

Was a beautiful old home with all the creaks and squeaks you would expect. Did have an issue with the house come up while we were there, contacted who we were supposed and it was resolved quickly. Overall the character of the house and the beautiful private backyard made it a wonderful stay.

Family celebrating Mom's 90th birthday by attending the 149 Kentucky Derby. The property was perfect! Clean, comfortable close location short drive to downtown and other prime locations. Host very accommodating with snacks and all. Would stay again and recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in New Albany. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the welcome chocolates and dog treats as well as the complementary snacks and coffee. Tracy knew we were in town for a funeral and we very much appreciated the sympathy card that was left. That was so thoughtful. The location was great and in a safe area. The backyard was perfect for our 4 legged family member. My son loved the games and art supplies in the house. We had everything we needed for our stay and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Albany.

We had a wonderful experience at this property! Our group wanted to grill steaks on the Friday night of our arrival. I reached out to the property owner to ask if they had one and told them what our plan was. The owner responded quickly and had a brand new Weber grill waiting for us. I found that so thoughtful and kind. I definitely recommend staying here. Great location and nice place!

Tracy was a wonderful host. The house was spotless and I had everything that I needed for my stay. In addition, they left snacks and coffee for me as well. I had my two Westies with me and the house and yard were very accommodating to them as well. The next time I am in the Louisville area and need a place to stay, I will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU to Tracy. What a wonderful host!

Close to Louisville. New Albany is also lovely. The house was spotless, very welcoming, and comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us and our two border collie dogs. It was a perfect getaway. We didn't want to leave!
