The Bed and Breakfast was in a great location, within walking distance of downtown New Albany. The Pepin Mansion is a beautifully preserved part of New Albany history. Mimi( the host) was wonderful and informative about the history of the town and home. She cooked and served a great breakfast as well.
To be completely honest, there was nothing that stood out that could’ve been better. The whole stay and experience was wonderful. I would recommend this hidden gem to everyone.

The mansion itself is an absolute gem! I don't think we were unusual in that we looked inside all 4 rooms to see the elegance and attention to detail that was made for the room and overall guest experience. The morning breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and we received a primer about the history of the mansion and the surrounding areas. We will stay again as we find ourselves in the New Albany area. This location likely doesn't serve children very well. I did not see any means for handicap to access the second floor. This is information only but does not detract from this superb facility!
