Everything was good. We were looking forward to the pool being open and it wasn’t. The room temperature was very hot and there was no thermostat to change it. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good.

Booked two queen beds and arrived and was told that room was given to someone else and i had my two boys with me. I asked if a cot was available and was told no. Went outside and they scrambled around and found a room.

The hotel itself was your typical Holiday Inn Express. It was being remodeled and smelled of new carpet and glue. Clearly being upgraded. Room was good and clean. The difference maker was the staff! From check in to check out we had the most polite, respectful, helpful staff of any hotel I've stayed in, and I've travelled the world! They were fantastic!

Check in was extremely easy with friendly staff. The room was spacious. The bed was fantastic. Plenty a room in the bathroom. Nothing negative to say at all. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve had in two weeks travels. The eggs tasted like I made them at home and did not need doctoring up. The pancakes were good. Two types of sausage. And the oatmeal, it was real oatmeal, it was not cream of oatmeal. Every staff person I encountered was extremely friendly.

Rooms were comfortable. Location was great within short distance of everything in louisville. Breakfast was simple but tasty! Customer service was amazing michelle was fabulous. She also made the breakfast. She nade this place great!!! Good job Michelle

Property seems to be under renovation, my floor had half painted walls, missing trim, numerous patches, though no workers were anywhere to be seen. My room was comfortable, but in need of updating. My room door didn't close properly unless you slammed it really hard.

Hotel was not clean. Floors and carpet were dirty. It seemed they did not have enough help at the hotel. Hallways were dirty with a lot of garbage bags outside of the rooms. Would not stay again.

This hotel is okay for an overnight. It’s under construction so that’s something to take into account. I think it’ll be much nicer once construction is completed. Breakfast was great, lots of choices! The bed was comfortable. My room door had a lock that didn’t engage unless the door was slammed, the latch plate was protruding and caused this. As a female travelled alone, that was my main concern. Avoid room 110 until this is fixed! The gym was missing sanitizing wipes so that was disappointing. My room was missing a hair dryer, so I got one from front desk with a soaking wet head. That one was broken, wouldn’t shut off, but I made do. There was a plastic wrapper on the floor right when I walked into my room that caught my eye right away. Later I noticed a comet cleaning bottle on the mini fridge nook- house keeping must’ve left behind. The paint peeling in the bathroom was a turn off but not a huge deal. Hopefully gets fixed with the remodel. Overall it was fine for an evening but I’ll look elsewhere in the area for future visits. The Hampton across the street looked nice.

Unfortunately this was not a very good stay. We had extremely noisy neighbors, playing loud music which I did complain about and the front desk did take care of it. Even though it lasted for only a short time. We had been traveling for 12 hours before arriving so this was the last thing we wanted! Also, we had no shower curtain in our bathroom!

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. On our reservation I asked for extra blankets and pillows and still have to go to the front desk to get them after check in. We rented this hotel for the pool and the pool was closed when we were there (with no notice given).
