Location was great although Google Maps didn’t find it. Apple Maps seemed to work better. View from rooftop was amazing. Assistant to the owner was super helpful. We really needed him.
Breakfast was self serve and minimal. No service or cleanup provided, which wasn’t awful.
Couldn’t figure out the coffee maker. The pods that were supplied weren’t the right size. WiFi was down. Single room window broken. Hot water didn’t work the first day, which was really a drag. 145 stairs to the unit but they’re putting an elevator into the building so that won’t be an issue.

Stunning view from our private balcony and the shared terrace . Convenient location in the heart of the Spanish Quarter just off Via Toledo . A lovely lady took care of us at breakfast. We were allowed to store our luggage for a few hours after check out which helped .
We knew about the 140 stairs so can’t complain. Some proper outside furniture for the private balcony would be an improvement as we only had two small very low beach type chairs and one was torn and need replaced. Just needs a small bistro set .

Fab position in Spanish quarter. Nice breakfast. Lovely roof terrace.
The stairs!!! I’d not noticed that there wasn’t a lift. Instead there were 150 steps up, more than five floors, to get to the room. I could have got half way up Lincoln cathedral. My error.
Also the pillows were worst of the stay. Lumpy or like a large brick.

hence finding the property was very difficult particularly as google maps is not great in Naples
