A solid 4 / 5 star stay.
A newish hotel.
Professional and efficient check-in on 13 Sept.
Our std Room 418 for 1 night was clean and at 33 m², quite spacious for 2 adults and was well designed for 2 large suitcases. The full sized microwave was useful, as was the full sized fridge; as I travel with meds that work with a freezer pack while in the car.
Nice towels.
The included breakfast was very pleasing.
There are 3 immediate area evening (basic) dining options or a 5 min flat walk away there is a Kelseys Grill, etc.
The in room air con / HVAC was usable but has only 2 speeds = noisy and very noisy and the room does not have a window that can open. Never certain then with such a setup as to whether any fresh outside air ever gets in? Probably not = a stuffy room.
We find north American hotel mattresses too soft and the 4 supplied pillows were also way too soft.

Excellent breakfast. Lots of choice.
The room we had must previously had a dog stay in it. I suffer from allergies. It did trigger my cough.

Breakfast included, access to pool, drinks and common area space available.
Dishwasher available in room.
No area to put wet boots in the entry in the room.
The fridge was leaking water inside which ruined some packaging/ food.
Dishwashing pods weren’t given until second day.
Would have preferred a thicker blanket on the beds.
Asked for a printed receipt at the end of the stay but the front desk said the printer is very slow and I was not prepared to wait 30 mins.
