DISGUSTING SEWAGE LEAK. COCKROACH AND ANT INFESTATION. STINKS AND SMELLS TERRIBLE

MASSIVE SEWAGE FLOOD ON THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY. STINKS VERY BAD OF PURE SEWAGE. SMELLS LIKE URINE AND FECES. INFESTATION OF COCKROACHES 🪳 AND ANTS 🐜 inside the property, hundreds of bugs under the bed and when you come back from being outside there is always about 20 ants crawling around the bed. You are basically sleeping with ants and bugs. The cockroaches are always in the bathroom. There are also cockroaches that are close to the thick green and dark coloured filthy disgusting sewage leak grimey water just on the front. I complained many times to the owner of the property via WhatsApp and he just said "well you are in a third world country, what do you expect?". His name is Cesar. I asked him where is he and he said he is living in the USA. I found it very disappointing, disrespectful and unacceptable that he called Paraguay a third world country and he gave me no solution and no help. He just said I should accept the situation for the way it is. Also a very bad thing is that on arrival. I arrived 1 hour early and there was nobody there to welcome me or to help me gain access to the property. Yes I should not have gone there an hour early but he was very rude about it over the phone. The problem is that the owner lives in USA and does not care at all about his property. I noticed that he is exploiting his local Guarani neighbours. His neighbours told me that he pays them a very small unlivable wage to clean and manage the property on his behalf whilst he lives in USA and does nothing. The neighbours were not happy with the way he treats them and how he is not generous to them. The neighbours work very hard to main the property for him and the neighbours want him to make the fixes to get rid of the ants and cockroaches, make repairs to the broken electric shower because the shower has cold water but he refuses to invest to make the repairs. The worst thing is that the sewage water seeps into the driveway of the neighbours house next door as well.
