Nothing

Everything. As soon as we walked into our room it smelled like cigarettes. The smell never went away. The sheets were stained. The people who were staying upstairs were being loud all night, and kids running around. They didn’t let us sleep all night. You can also hear people fighting in the parking lot and I believe people use this hotel for prostitution and selling drugs. That’s what my Uber driver told me who is a resident of Cicero. Two blocks away from the hotel I saw prostitutes.

Tv, shower and the tub

The area was not a good area, I couldn't warm up our food, we were there for days no one knocked to see if we needed, tissue or towels, the front desk were rude and unhelpful

We did not stay there. Uber driver and airport personnel said very bad part of town. Called hotel and cancelled. Told we would not be charged

the sink it was clogged the bathroom door didn’t lock the shower to small they don’t offer to clean the rooms

I like the fact that there was no carpet

They didn't give me my security deposit back they said they gave it to the friend that I was staying with and they were supposed to give it to me there is no TV TV with busted like somebody had hit it and they were supposed to give me a discount and a better room the next day and then they said there were no more rooms I had the most horrible time of my life they told me after I packed my stuff up they would give me another room I packed my stuff up didn't you tell me there was no rooms

it’s a unexpectedly pleasant experience after seeing the other hotels in the area .

the size of the room and it’s was relatively well maintained

too much smoking smell around and lot of unwanted people around property bugging you when you go out .

Close to Berwyn

Everything was very clean. There are small reading lights with USB ports on each side of the bed.

The desk clerk was surly. I asked for 2 or 3 extra pillows and she said "Three?". I have stayed other places for the same price with a microwave and refrigerator. There is enough room even though the room is small.

Room was never cleaned over our 3 days of stay. Flies in the room. No basic equipment..no chair, no coffee maker or water boiler, no fridge. Small tiny room

Friendly check in. Tub and sink was clean.

Bed was sheets were unclean as well was the floors and toilet. It had a bad odor to the room.

the location was not near a lot of food, etc, but the area was ok, the lot was well lit and the room was big and clean. The lady at the desk was very friendly

the area was not within walking distance of anything worthy of seeing and the people above us were noisy walking and moving things as we were trying to sleep
