The location was outstanding, sea views and good walking area. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
We didn't use the hot tub as the weather wasn't warm enough and it was raining.
The property needs a little attention. Skirting board in the living room away from the wall. Cupboard doors need attention.

We had a hot tub which we only used once in the morning when it was sunny as the temperature was not warm enough to use at night.

Location great, staff helpful when problems arose. Has a fridge and oven, plenty of cups and plates, cutlery etc. Was ‘surface level’ clean. Very quiet and peaceful location. Walkable distance to the restaurants, pubs and shops. On-site parking.
Boiler was broken when we got there, staff came out to fix but it took ages to heat up again. Was left a bottle of wine and chocolates an apology but we had to go out for dinner instead of cooking in so we had to spend more money than we’d planned. The carpet on the living area is damp all around the door, had to wear shoes at all times. Front door entrance also leaked water and there was a mop there to clean up rain water coming in. Towels were cold and damp, place obviously wasn’t checked before we arrived and low temperature had been apparent for a while all linens and towels were cold. Place smells like damp but has been cleaned as well as it could be. We felt like things were just a little grubby and run down though but definitely not a fault of cleaning staff, place just needs modernisation. There was damp on living room wall but bedroom was ok. There was no hand soap in bathroom we had to buy our own. Tv had option to watch Netflix but connection was bad and programmes kept freezing. Hot tub didn’t work, turned on and then wouldn’t turn off so could hear it when trying to sleep, also is unsheltered. We paid £270 for two nights which is reasonable but this place is definitely not worth that price. They cannot actually be serious calling themselves ‘luxury’, it was fine and wasn’t bad enough for upheaval to move elsewhere when we were there for such a short time but definitely not the stay we had envisioned from pictures and other reviews of the place. Maybe it’s because we stayed in January when it was wetter and colder.
