Beautiful private backyard with pool and spa, gas BBQ grill and views of San Jacinto Mountains 2 Twins in the Air Conditioned game room and 2 air mattress available as well. 15 minutes from Downtown Palm Springs and airport 20 minutes from Desert Hills Premium Outlets 30 minutes from Coachella/Stagecoach Music Festival 45 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park The space Our cozy desert escape includes a master bedroom with private bathroom and designated work space to allow you to work remotely. Comfortable living room with 70 inch 4K Samsung Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max and Disney +) and Pool Table. Full Kitchen with Dining Area that seats 8. Private backyard with pool and spa, Gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining area that seats 6. Game Room offers a variety of games such as: Air hockey Foosball table Skeeball Basketball shootout Pac Man Arcade Game Beer Pong Table The property is also equipped with a Tesla Charger that you can make use of during your stay. Guest access The entire property is exclusively yours to use. Keyless entry with nest smart lock makes checking in/coming and going, easy! A personal entry code will be issued to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, please be respectful of our community and neighbors. The desert can become extremely windy, please close umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Check-in: 3:00 PM. Early check-in is $50/hour but must be approved by host. Checkout: 11:00 AM. Late check-out is $50/hour but must be approved by the host. NO DIVING - pool is only 6ft deep. Please ensure that you and your guests follow appropriate safety guidelines in and around the pool. Pool does not have a safety gate, cover or net installed. If you are interested in heating the pool there will be an additional charge depending on the season and the length of your stay. Please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat the pool. There is no additional charge to heat the jacuzzi but please be sure to turn it off when not in use. UPON DEPARTURE: please check that all home and game room accessories are placed in its original location. Please remove all personal belongings, including pool toys/accessories or dispose of it properly. Please place all dirty towels in the bathroom tub and leave all used beds unmade. Please place all dishes in dishwasher. Please take all garbage/trash to the outside bins.

Property manager had every thing well organized for our arrival. The property has lots of games to play, nice big dinning room table for eating and playing board games, very pleased with the hot tub as it heated up quickly and 3 bedrooms/two bathrooms had plenty of space for my family. Overall the accommodations were great, the host was easy to communicated with. Overall my family agreed this was the best Thanksgiving holiday we have had.

Our group (2 families, 11 people total) had an absolutely fantastic time here! The pool, game room, and pool table all got tons of use. We all slept well and there were plenty of pillows and pool towels. Thanks!

We had a great time! The pool & jacuzzi were so refreshing. With the pool table, and all the games in the garage there was so much to do. We absolutely loved the decor also. We would definitely stay there again.

We really loved this house. Two of my kids independently said it was their favorite vacation home ever. The pool and hot tub were great and the whole place was really nice. The property manager was first rate and very responsive.

Easy check-in process. The home was very clean. We loved the game room, it had everything you could ask for. The backyard was really nice and had lots of places to sit. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Monique was super responsive to our questions and requests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

My girls and I loved this house for our quick little getaway. The game room was super fun and we loved playing with the air hockey table and basketball shootout. Laying out by the pool in the beautiful backyard was so relaxing. We love the clean and fun decor throughout the entire home. We look forward to coming back.

My weekend getaway was just what I needed for this long weekend. The house had everything we needed and more, the pool & hot tub were amazing meanwhile the game room was a bonus for the kiddos! Definitely a great place to stay with family, friends and the kids. Will definitely be staying here again.
