Thoughtfully chosen furniture and decor, for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The comfortable PATIO offers a beautiful dining area for 10 people with romantic lighting at night for a relaxing ambiance. Sitting spaces outside: Dining Area – Sits 10 1 Propane BBQ (We provide propane tanks for the grill, but guests will have to fill them in nearby propane stations.) 1 Coal BBQ The living area with a dining table leads you into the bright kitchen that’s fully stocked with inside AND outside dining dinnerware and utensils - perfect for culinary players, whether whipping up poolside snacks or fabulous feasts. AMENITIES: Our vacation rental is fully furnished including all linen, bath, and pool towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. We also provide a starting supply of trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Dining table with seating for 10 Outdoor dining area with seating for 10 Living Room – 1 Love seat, 1 Sofa Play area – Foosball table / Table Games Bedroom No. 1 – 2 x Queen Beds – sleeps 4; Mounted TV Bedroom No. 2 – 1 x King Bed – sleeps 2 Bedroom No 3. – 1 x Bunk Bed – sleeps 4 Walk-in closets and clothes storage Luxury linens/ towels Shampoo/ Conditioner and Body Soap 2 x TVs Private heated pool with mountain views Hot tub Pool towels Lounge seating and fire pit Fully equipped kitchen Full-size washer & dryer Other things to note POOL & SPA - Pool heating is available for an extra fee of $75/night. 85-degree max. - Spa only for $ 25 per day available at any temperature. - Please note that heating costs can only be charged for the entire trip and paid before your check-in. The house and amenities were basically as we expected. Host Aida was very responsive.

House is great: very clean, spacious, and supplied with all the basics plus extra touches that make for a comfortable stay (comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, quality paper products, amenities in the baths). Host was *very* responsive and helpful. Only two issues, both of which are somewhat on me: (1) there are additional fees to heat the pool ($75/day) and spa ($25/day) that I didn't notice in the listing (host kindly comped the spa fee for the first day) and (2) there are far fewer dining options (especially for Doordashing with kids) than in Palm Springs/Palm Desert proper.

Better than advertised. Very clean, well maintained. Kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Easy access to local grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants. Just an hour to Joshua tree. Would definitely stay again if in the area! Highly recommend this place!

House was lovely - clean, new, quiet neighborhood, and very fast response from Aida when needed. You would want a car to get around but not too far from everywhere we wanted to go. We took the driving tour of the windmills close by to fill the time prior to check in so we got our close up pics and the timing worked great. Hope to be back again!
