Nestled in Desert Hot Springs, this lovely house for $295 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Located only 15 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, our newly renovated vacation home offers everything you need for unforgettable getaway with your family and friends. Relax in our spacious backyard overlooking the desert mountains, featuring covered dining and game areas, heated salt water pool and jetted spa with color changing LED lights, outdoor island with gas and charcoal grills, bar and large lounge area with firepit for breezy nights. BACKYARD ✧ Large backyard with San Jacinto mountain views ✧ Heated Salt Water pool with color changing LED lights ✧ Spa with four jets and color changing LED lights ✧ Sun lounge chairs and swing chairs ✧ Outdoor bar and island with gas and charcoal grills ✧ Lounge sitting area with fire-pit ✧ Large covered patio for outdoor dining ✧ Outdoor games & pool floats Spa heating is included. The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so it is available for an additional fee. It takes around 6-8 hours to heat the pool, so please requested at least 24hr prior to have the pool heated for your arrival. KITCHEN ✧ Fully equipped kitchen with oversized island ✧ Brand new appliances - oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster and more ✧ Filtered water from faucet and fridge ✧ Tea and coffee station ✧ Cooking and baking essentials - pans, pots, utensils, spices in case you feel like cooking ✧ Dinnerware, silverware, wine and drinking glasses LIVING/FAMILY/DINING AREAS ✧ Airy open living, dining and family rooms ✧ High speed internet ✧ Board games for the whole family ✧ Extra large dining table ✧ Smart TVs with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max BEDROOMS Room1 - 1 King bed + sofa bed Room2 - 1 King bed + crib Room3 - 1 Queen bed + sofa bed Room4 - 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed + 1 Twin daybed with trundle ✧ Each bedroom has a smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max ✧ Easy access to clean and spacious bathrooms We also provide an air mattress. The house sleeps a maximum of 16 people. Please note that a fee for extra guests will be applied to your booking costs - $50/day per each guest after the 10th guest. PARKING ✧ 2 car garage ✧ 2 car driveway parking ✧ 2 car additional street parking Other things to note Per county regulations, no outdoor music is allowed after 7PM. No parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house. Please respect out neighbors and neighborhood that welcomes you. Early check-ins and late check-outs have an extra fee of $50/hour and are subject to availability and approval. Small pets are allowed. We charge $150/pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool and spa. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet(s) in advance. NO SMOKING inside the house - violations will be subject to a $1000 fine. There are surveillance cameras installed outside of the property for security purposes.

Wonderful house!!! The location of the house was perfect as we were in proximity to Palm Springs downtown and not too far from Joshua Tree National Park. The kids enjoyed the six TVs and playing in the pool. The various amounts of board games kept the kids busy and spending quality time with each other. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and spices. The place was very spacious and had more than enough bedroom space for our family. One small inconvenience was that there were only 2 full bathrooms and no half bathrooms. Other than this small convenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We also enjoyed the outdoor BBQ grill and fire pit. Overall this was a great house and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

This was our very first Vrbo house rental and it was a fantastic experience! Lilit is a wonderful host and kept us well informed before, during and after our stay. I mentioned to Lilit, this felt like a home away from home for us. We will definitely visit again and will keep her in mind on our next desert vacation.

We rented this house for a girls weekend trip, and it was PERFECT. The outdoor space was amazing and we loved being by the pool. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Lilit was a great host and provided the perfect amount of communication, and even door dashed some essentials that we ran out of. Instructions for cleaning/checkout were simple and easy. Would definitely stay at this property again!

This property was nothing short of amazing! The setup and layout look just like the pictures. We slept 14 people total comfortably. Even small issues were immediately handled without any intervention to us during our stay. All requested accommodations by the host were delivered promptly! Everything looks just as advertised on the pictures and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Lilit was a fantastic host. Her home was clean, spacious and very well appointed! Lilit was also very responsive and friendly making sure we had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub, yard, large kitchen, games, BBQ grill, etc. all were great. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I spent a Thanksgiving getaway at this beautiful home. The location was great and the place itself was perfect for what we needed - plenty of space/beds to sleep comfortably, a large backyard with a pool, spa whirlpool, BBQ and firepit. This lovely home was also very clean and stocked with all necessary essentials. The host, Lilit, was exceptional. Communication with her was great - before and during our stay. She made sure to check in with me throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend this lovely home. My family and I would definitely stay here again!
