The space * We have multiple homes in the same neighborhood, please check the host's profile and let us know if you wish to book more than 1 vacation home* ✓ Photoshoot ready corners in every room ✓ Private pool & spa ✓ San Jacinto mountain and desert views ✓ Spacious living & dining area ✓ Fully-equipped kitchen ✓ Yoga mats, blocks & exercise weights ✓ Outdoor dining area ✓ Firepit & lounge area ✓ Gas grill ✓ Board games ✓ TVs with Hulu and Disney+ ✓ 20 min to Palm Springs downtown, Cabazon and casinos ✓ 30 min to Joshua Tree The backyard features a pebble pool & spa, an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, fire pit, and lounge space. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Hot tub heating is included with any reservation. The fully equipped kitchen offers silverware, tableware, and appliances such as an oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender. All you need to do is bring your groceries :) The 5 bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds (twin XL over queen), a sleeper sofa, and 2 air mattresses. The house capacity is 16 people. Only 16 guests can stay at the property during your reservation. We offer driveway and street parking only. Max. 6 cars are allowed per reservation. Other things to note Please note that no outdoor music is allowed after 9 pm. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed outside. Spa heating is included with your booking (Set on a 3 hour timer and will turn off automatically). There is an additional $150/day charge for pool heating*. You can request pool heating anytime - before or during your stay. Please note it takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. If requested on time the pool will be heated to 88 degrees upon your arrival. We have 2 day min. requirement for pool heating. * During the warmer season (April-October) pool heating is available for $95/day. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval. For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside. We have a strict NO PET and NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation. Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox. Also note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities. For safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. The house is well cared for and decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The yard is beautiful and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not maintaining the appropriate temperature during the last two days. This was a bummer for us since the weather was cool and we were really hoping to relax in the hot tub in the evening.

This was a perfect location for a bachelorette weekend. One more bathroom would have been helpful but the house is decorated beautifully and has a really fun backyard with a pool and fire pit.
