Nestled in Sunny Isles Beach, this attractive resort for $280 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort - a luxury full service property located in Sunny Isles Beach. Unit has two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus an additional queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room and an additional full bathroom. Kitchen is full sized fully equipped with pots, pans, oven and fridge/freezer as well as a clothing washer and dryer. Unit has two balconies overseeing the ocean. There is a daily $35 resort fee and $30 valet parking should you have a vehicle. **Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. I love staying at the Marenas. The atmosphere as soon as you enter is welcoming even the scent. The direct ocean view is everything. There are just a few things I would add in the unit. A nice deodorize scent use would be nice in the unit Paper towel Carpet clean and deodorize

Everything about our stay was great! Check in was painless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas, pools and beach were very nice. Units were just as listed, maybe even better! Fantastic beach and ocean views. Prompt response from property owner. Recommend this location and property owner and will stay here again.

The apartment is lovely and we slept well. However, every morning around 7AM, the construction on the building next door would begin and last all day long. It was horrible to be in the pool area or on our balcony because of the constant drilling, hammering, trucks and bulldozing. Also, with the resort fees, VRBO fees, special fees, cleaning fees and valet fees, the nightly price is actually double what the advertised rate is. The chairs on the balcony as shown have cushions but in reality they are wicker and not comfortable for any length of time. This part of Miami is beautiful though, the restaurant across the street, "Miami Juice" is wonderful and with a Sproutz restaurant down the street, the location is great. I would choose a different building next time that is not located to a construction zone and this property will be next to a construction zone for years into the future since the high rise next store, is just getting started.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there at Marenas. When we walked into the room, it was a wow factor, and we enjoyed every amenity there. The deck off of the master bedroom and living room is so huge. We spent most of our time there relaxing.

The rooms are dated, rugs are ripped in some areas. The restaurant and a bar is open just a few hours a day, no outside dinning. Expected 2 beds in one of the bedrooms but got just one

Amazing, clean and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Breathtaking views of the ocean. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacy. Two minutes to the biggest mall in America, Aventura mall. Will come back again for sure.
