The caravan was beautiful, lovely and clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. It was a bonus being able to watch Netflix movies. Very comfortable & a relaxing stay. Very happy with the caravan.
Not a whole lot to do in Lossiemouth itself. Facilities on the holiday camp were very limited. The on site shop was shut by 5pm, so make sure you get supplies before arriving.

The property was very clean and well equipped. Lovely decking to sit and enjoy the sunny weather. Only a short walk to the beach .

Been going to Sands for nearly 13 years, at least once a year - the grounds and complex continue to improve. Great staff, my family enjoyed themselves as always! We will continue to visit.
The caravan could have been cleaner - hairs in the shower, shower could do with a decent scrub, fridge missing a shelf, (nowhere to put your milk), stains on carpet, ripped blind and ripped couch which were noted on arrival.
Part of my deposit was held without any proof of damage for a broken toilet seat and broken table which apparently had to be disposed of after my departure.
I was not aware of either of these apparent damages and the caravan was left as found as far as I am concerned. I experienced a very unpleasant thread of messages from the owner with an unnecessary tone which ended our holiday on a very sour note.
