the breakfast was good and came early. really like the breakfast spot, so calm. the location is good no traffic sound. no mosquito or fly. the room is cozy and clean. really like the balcony outside the room as we can stay there all night.
the water heater did not work but i don't really mind. my room was on upper floor so need to catch my breath a bit

The view is so beautiful.
No mirror in the bathroom & no big mirror in the bedroom.
I heard people above our room so noisy walking around the room few times at 12.00 am...!

Nice location
We had some issues with the room (terrible smell, probably from the damp) but got a better one after two nights. Staff was very nice but seemed quite disorganised. Also, the restaurant didn’t serve much food even though they had a menu (but dishes were mostly unavailable).

I loved the location, you need a scooter to get around and the property manager arranged that for us for an "ok" price. We booked a Mandeh Island tour through the accommodation which was one of the highlights of our holiday.
When comparing to the market, the accommodation has some faults that need to be addressed. We stayed 3 nights and we had to ask for change of towels. The shower was cold (warm water not working- reported) WIFI was to low (if that is the case, just do not offer it). Staff was inattentive (either stayed in kitchen or somewhere else).
