Thus hotel met our needs. If you want perfection, go elsewhere. I would stay here again.
Communication was an issue, but staff were ready with translation apps and keen to give the best service possible. They made contact via Whatsapp in Englush and we contacted them the same way. Responses were quick.
They took our bags to and from the rooms, which was great because the rooms are up a central spiral staircase!
Air conditioning was a must and great to have.
The hotel is very close to transport and shops, and something different waits around every corner! We really didnt have time to explore and enjoy Kadikoy properly!
The bed we had the first night was so uncomfortable. We could see the outline of the springs and could not move without the springs making a lot of noise! BUT our feedback was managed very quickly and our bags were moved to a new room. Unfortunately it was another flight of stairs higher!
The staircase ensured we would need a shower after ascending it. No good for older people or physically challenged.
Smoking is prevalent in Turkiye. If a cigarette is lit elsewhere in the building, you will know very quickly.... 😕
Some of the services listed in the add are not available. The bath/spa is in one room., i think. There is no airport shuttle... etc.

Good location close to all local amenities. WiFi signal was good and staff friendly. Water and tea/coffee facilities in room.
I was allocated a ground floor room at the rear of reception. The fabric of the room was poor.
