The hotel is in a great location, the room was comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited. Improving the breakfast options would make the overall guest experience much better.

The little garden area was delightful. Free water bottle refill machine. The Turkish breakfast was great, tea and coffee were available all day, making the garden area very friendly and social. The room, bedding and bathroom were clean.
The room was small and very full of furniture (1 double and 1 single bed). It wasn't a brilliant design or use of space so there was no area for your luggage.

It is very central, and not very expensive.
More expensive than other hotels with better quality. The room smelled like smoke, and was pretty tiny. Not the best value for money considering other experiences in Istanbul.
Charged us twice, both at the check in, as well as our credit card. They acknowledged the mistake.
