Là dame à l accueil étais très serviable et sympathique, et la dame du nettoyage étais aussi au pti soin. Un grand merci à Gulya entre autre
La salle de bain étais assez bas de gamme , avec des fuites d eaux et des odeurs désagréables, ce qui a un peu gâche mon séjour. Sinon l hôtel est bien situé et c'est un bon rapport qualité prix je dirais à kadikoy vous trouverez pas moins chère je pense.

They had a variety of vegetables and baked goods to choose from. It wasn't anything fancy; it was quite similar to breakfast you'd have at home. The room was relatively clean and big. The staff was helpful, and I got a free upgrade to a bigger room.
Be aware that the hotel is in a central area, so there was a bit of noise from motorbikes and people walking in the street. However, It wasn't disturbing just something to be aware of if you are travelling with kids. And the wifi was okay but it wasn't that great for video calls so if you are travelling and working online, it might be a problem.

Location Was fine. Close to metro station and bus transport.
Hotel Was under renovation due to this upper floor was difficult to reach.
Breakfast was not available as restaurant was closed due to renovation and breakfast was arranged at another hotel.
Furniture in the deluxe room was quite week/lose
Electric cattle was so dirty that may be did not wash for days.
Tea was not available in the room.
