The staff were friendly and very helpful and they were there when you needed them at all times couldn’t fault them, we were there a week and never had the bed changed or new towels that wasn’t the best but the location was great x
As above need to change bedding and towels a couple of times a week

L'hôtel est bien situé, a quelques pas de la statue de taureau et à 10 minutes de l'embarcadère pour se rendre en ferry dans les différents quartiers d'Istanbul. Le personnel a été courtois et réactif. J'avais, par inadvertance réservé une chambre sans fenêtre. On m'a proposé une nouvelle chambre plus confortable. N'hésitez pas à vous rendre au restaurant voisin de l'hôtel, il est très bon et pas trop cher.
L'absence d'ascenseur peut être problématique lorsque qu'on est au quatrième étage.
