This fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Sea Dunes Villa is stylishly furnished, offers magnificent oceanfront views from the double balconies, and has been beautifully remodeled throughout! This fifth floor end unit is truly the perfect seaside getaway! Upon entry you will immediately notice the breathtaking ocean views and the fabulous open floor plan of the living and dining spaces. Custom tongue and groove ceilings adorn this amazing great room as well as all of the bedrooms. The living area features two comfy sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), a flat screen Smart TV and again, spectacular ocean views. Windows line the walls of this room and natural light pours in from every direction. Bask in the warmth of the sunlight as you put together a puzzle, enjoy a family board game, or catch up on your favorite shows! The adjacent dining area offers a glass table with seating for 6. Through the sliders and onto the terrace, you will find the most magnificent views the island has to offer. A polywood table with seating for 6 creates the perfect space to dine al fresco while you enjoy the warm ocean breeze. Grab and book and a glass of wine and head for one of the two tall chairs at the end of the patio overlooking the vast beach and ocean! Walking back inside, the luxury kitchen is a chef's dream! Stunning quartz countertops, beautiful white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances are all featured in this spacious kitchen. Fully equipped for all your needs, this kitchen is great for preparing meals and beach snacks! There is a laundry area just off the kitchen with full-size washer and dryer for your convenience! The pictures online looked great but upon arriving this unit was not well maintained or clean to expectations. Showers and bathroom counters were not cleaned well, has residence from previous tenants. Baseboards, corners or unit had significant dust build up, windows and window frames had not been cleaned. Coffee maker had significant build up and needed to be descaled. Mold/mildew in the washing machine. Hard, very uncomfortable beds with small hairs/stains on sheets. Kitchen utensils pots and pans were old, non-stick was peeling off.
The master bedroom has a hole in the ceiling that was half-way patched, still exposing up into the ceiling. It did not appear windows/doors sealed properly and let moisture and humidity into the unit.
Overall the property was a great location and the beach was not crowded. The pool was not cleaned properly and needed significant maintenance with sand building up at the bottom.

We spent a month here and enjoyed every day! A corner unit on the fifth floor with two balconies, the location could not be better. It is just a mile walk along the beach to the tip of Amelia on the south end. The beach is pristine and not crowded, at least in January!
The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you will need to cook in or warm and serve your take out. We loved the large balcony and spent many evenings sitting outside watching the sky fade into the ocean.
The beds in the king and queen bedrooms (the only ones our party used) were great and we appreciated the walk-in showers with rain shower heads.
This is a large condo and easily big enough for six. Management was exemplary; they responded to a couple questions/issues immediately.

We ended up at this place after our other booking cancelled on us last minute and we couldn’t be happier that happened! This rental was perfect for our family. All one level which was nice for little kids and older adults as well. The property was very clean and had comfortable living space not to mention beautiful views from every room pretty much! Loved being right there on the beach so you didn’t feel like you were missing out when not on the beach. Easy elevator access and easy to get right out to the beach and down to the pool. Will hopefully stay here again!

We had a great time and loved this unit. Our only concern was that the pool was unavailable due to construction and that was not disclosed prior to our stay. It was disappointing but did not ruin our trip by any means! A lovely place!

First of all, this looks exactly like the photos, just as clean and beautiful. The development is lovely, the landscaping is lush and tropical, lovely walking paths. The elevator is easy and convenient. Parking was plentiful. The condo itself was just beautiful! The view from the deck was spectacular, we watched both the sunrise and sunset from the deck. The kitchen was fully equipped and well maintained. The bedrooms were all comfortable and each with their own private bath made for such a relaxed convenient week. Our only issue is the pool is closed for maintenance for quite awhile but the management company set it up so we enjoyed the pool at the sister development which was also very nice. All in all, a great condo!!

The condo was just as advertised! It was spacious and quiet. The manager Ashton was in touch, or easily accessible, the whole time when we had questions about the pool or how to get into the gate at night.
We stayed as a family of 4 (with two teenagers) and there was plenty of space. The only downside would be the lack of activity and action around us. It was great family time, but I know my kids would have loved more things, people, action around them!

Our group had a wonderful time visiting Amelia Island and this property was outstanding. Key points:
- Extremely clean and well appointed.
- Breathing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach.
- Beautiful landscaping and close to walking trails, bike paths and amenities of the resort.
- Well equipped condo with beach chairs, towels and kitchen items.
-Amazingly large deck for meals, morning coffee or star-gazing.
Care package on arrival is a nice touch!
The pools were closed and under repair, but not an issue for us as we went to the beach but worth noting.
4 pm check in is not ideal and wish there were options for earlier arrival.

Communication with the property manager was excellent who addressed our questions and needs. GPS takes you to the back entrance where you don’t have access. Directions should say that access is through the Omni security gate. Unit was very nice and accommodating to our needs. Easy access to the beach was a key for our older guests. Would rent here again.

I can't say enough good about the Sea Dunes condo we stayed in. Beautiful interior; the light is amazing! An ocean view from the 5th floor; it just doesn't get any better. Beach access was the easiest I've ever had, with an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before going back in.
It was clear that the owner cares about their renters' experience. We had everything we needed and then some (great beach chairs, BTW). We will certainly rent this spot again.
We could have done without the jellyfish that stung my daughter during our final hour playing in the surf, but we can only blame mother nature for that :)

Overlooking the ocean with beach space readily available. Our family had a relaxing getaway over the 4th of July. When staying here plan to cook most of your own meals or drive to eat out. There is not much available within walking distance. We did eat a few times at the Omni Hotel which was about a 15 minute walk up the beach. Not renting through the hotel we were not allowed to use their shuttle service which is only a minor inconvenience.
Overall, a good experience and a great location. The only recommendation I would have is for the property managers to make sure the cleaners vacuum out the furniture. At the end of the stay I checked to make sure the kids didn't drop anything in the couch cushions and found an old toy and months if not years worth of crumbs and dirt. Not too critical of that since I would probably find the same in my own couch, but there is a significant cleaning fee at the end of the stay which should include that type of cleaning.

So impressed with the property. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, pictures on the listing are exactly what you’ll get when you stay here. Kitchen was very well stocked, there were plenty of extra towels and linens and everything was really nice quality (linens were plush, beach towels seemed brand new, lots of beach chairs, toys, etc.). Our kids loved the easy access to the beach as well as the awesome pool. Definitely recommend!

This unit is located in an excellent part of the plantation with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The property is clean, updated and presented just as listed....and the owners communication is stellar. Loved sleeping at night with the windows open listening to the waves. We hope to rent this unit again soon. KL
