All rooms lovely decor and clean. Good location on site. Nice that it had two separate toilets. Very lovely host, we had a question on the gas and I sent message on the booking.com app and she rung me within minutes.
Would have been nice to have a few lamps, small table on decking and provision of towels.
But it didn’t ruin anything for us 😊

The caravan was exceptionally clean and very comfortable - kids enjoyed the board games, Netflix etc. The sofa bed was handy for a movie night. Aleksandra was very thoughtful with providing free entertainment passes, to make up for the lack of electricity on night 1. First class customer service!

The static caravan was very clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The space was better than it looked in the pictures.
The holiday park in peak season just wasn't for us, quite rowdy, plus we only had a short stay so buying an entertainment pass was too expensive to make it worthwhile.

A beautifully presented home with real thought and care by the host. We stayed comfortably with 2 adults and 5 children, 2yrs to 15yrs.
Location is great for the beach and one of the premium spots in the caravan park with easy access by car or foot and with dedicated parking to the side of the home.
Fully kitted with cooking utensils and playstation, super clean and a feeling of brand new. An excellent stay with the host super responsive and accommodating.

Our host couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was spotless & extra wc & use of WIFI a real bonus. Tea/ coffee left for us which was very thoughtful. Any issues dealt with fast & with care .This is how it should be done. Being able to communicate with someone who picks up the phone made planning the trip very easy which nowadays seems rare . Thanks all round . We had a great experience.
Could have done with a second car space but that's only a small suggestion as there were other free spaces near by so wasn't a big issue.

Loved it so much! Everything was perfect.
Nothing to do with the host or caravan…it’s just a shame some other caravaners allowed their teenagers to run around shouting late at night.

Caravan was excellent, one of the nicest we have had the pleasure to stay in. The host was great, providing additional services such as internet access, streaming services etc. that were not mentioned on the booking. Even use of a playstation was included, which was unexpected and proved invaluable when the weather was poor, and the kids were stuck indoors.
Everything was easy, from the check in through to departure. Any questions we did have were quickly responded to and the host went out of their way to exceed our expectations; I would highly recommend using this host to friends and family, and would definitely book this caravan again

the property was beautiful, clean and spacious. the owners also had tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll for us to use to which was very thoughtful.
there’s not a lot around the area, we struggled to find dinner options as we have vegetarians, so ended up with us cooking a lot. but not a problem overall.

We found Sophie's Caravan to be modern, clean and well equipped. We felt at home straight away! It's surprisingly spacious with 3 bedrooms, a nice shower and cosy living room. The host was absolutely superb! Very kind and responsive. As it is located within the Camber Sands Holiday Park there were plenty of fun things to do especially for the kids. The gorgeous Camber Sands beach is just down the road. A great stay and highly recommended!
