Beautiful location and ambience
Even though it wasn’t fully booked at all, staff was hard to find to order a tea, drink, etc.
While having dinner, our table didn’t get bread and napkins. Chicken Tajine was 160MAD with little chicken and a lot of fries, really disappointing.
Since we had to leave early, we couldn’t enjoy the included onsite breakfast. We communicated this the day before and we were assured a breakfast to go. No breakfast bag was ready at the reception the next morning, after asking and waiting 10min we got a banana and small cake (no water, juice, coffee etc.; not a reasonable breakfast for such a place in my opinion).
In the room, the ceiling shower head couldn’t be used cause it splashed everywhere. Chair on terrace was completely broken.
