The staff, location, and everything was literally perfect. I especially want to mention Ahmed's hospitality. We had an amazing time here and I would recommend everyone visiting. The other parks can't be compared to this one, it was beautiful. Shokran!

The location was lovely. the staff was absolutely brilliant. We forgot our sunscreen and they got a bottle delivered to the property for us. And the entertainment was great on the first night.
The lack of things to do. On the site it says there is a spa and that’s not true. The pools were too cold to swim in. We had a ‘special meal’ on the second that we thought would be something special but it was a kids meal chicken nuggets etc which was disappointing.
Also there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and for the price you pay it’s not good enough.
