I wouldn't stay here again and kept apologizing to my family about the conditions of the room.

I liked how close it was to Freemans Park. The AC worked well. Pac man was fun.

The room could have been cleaner; there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. There was a dead cockroach in one of the utility rooms. There was minimal pillows. The room was outdated. The parking spots flooded every morning and every night. The shower heads were very weak. Furniture was flimsy and couch wasn't very clean. Bunk beds were not comfy.

The location was nice.

Where to begin...the host was nice and responsive, but as far as providing a solution not so much. When we arrived the air conditioning was not working. We spent our first night of our family vacation with my daughter, fiance, and their 9 month old baby sleeping in the car. My other pregnant daughter sleeping in the balcony to have any air flow, and a Husky constantly panting. He said the hvac guy was coming the next day. He did. After hours, and to no avail. We told him we needed to know asap in case we needed to try and find somewhere else to go. He never even told us it wasnt going to be fixed, we only know because of the hvac guy. If he couldn't get someone specific, he shouldve done whatever to get someone out there to check it during hours or do something to make it right. Needless to say by 8 that evening we had 2 choices. Go buy standing ac units or find somewhere else to stay that evening and pack up and move. Places were booked to the max and we had 5 people and a dog. Out of our pockets, $800 later the two units purchasedade the rooms bearable, but the common areas were still unbearable. There was also sand in the sheets, trash under the beds in the 2nd room. This whole family vacation was spent in scramble mode just to have a basic need that we had already paid for. We understand things happen...but if you took my money, as a property owner he shouldve atleast tried to accommodate. And Im sorry, but calling an ac guy that can come the next day after hours and offer nothing else is not accommodation. I called Booking.com as well. They wont make it right either. They went through him and his reply was "I have ac coming tomorrow ". Far from acceptable experience and ruined our entire family vacation.

Pics are old. Things have changed. I would say this place would be worth $200-$250 per night, not $400 for sure

Everything was great parking fine, we got to everything.

We wasn’t sure about trash, that should be stated in the messages sent out about dish washing and things, also the shower curtains are way past time to be changed.
