The location was fantastic! The balcony and the pool were great!!!
Needs a mirror in double guest room, the tvs were tricky - the master bedroom tv did not work at all . The WiFi was hard to connect to and kept kicking off . The rental was filthy. We spent the first day cleaning so that we could bring our luggage in . The ceiling fans had an inch of dust on them. The floors had not been swept or mopped. There was a line of dead bugs and dirt on the back of the couch, the baseboards were atrocious.. there were dust caked on the vents. The furniture was stained. there was food in the kitchen chairs when we pulled the chairs out. The door tracked to the balcony door had not been cleaned in a very long time. we had to wash all of the dishes before we could even use the dishes. The coffee maker still had somebody else’s coffee splattered all over it . but the balcony & the pool were fantastic. Location was perfect. Would definitely rent again for location. Really shouldn’t be charged with a cleaning fee when we were the ones that had to clean it.

I loved how peaceful it was and was on a quiet street. The back deck was my favorite part but wish it was on a higher floor to enjoy the beach scenery more.
The door did not make me feel safe. The way it locks and how it opens. And soft spots in the floor and the shower floor in the main bedroom.

The condo was spacious and clean. Great view of the ocean. Very close to Barefoot Landing and restaurants but not crowded. Good beach access.

The location is good. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms is a bonus. Kitchen seemed functional.
Stained furniture. TVs without instructions for the multiple remotes (5 for living room TV?). The lack of an elevator should be communicated. When a first floor unit number is two flights of stairs up.
