We absolutely loved our stay here, the rooms are stunning and have everything you need to have an amazing time. We initially only had one night booked but ended up staying another night as we didn't want to leave, to be able to sit on the couch with fire on and watching eagles flying about right outside your huge front window is a great experience. The owner was great, popped up to say hi when we arrived and gave us a packet of uig lodge smoked salmon which was so good, along with biscuits and tea and coffee that are supplied too. Would definitely recommend staying here, such an amazing place in a truly stunning part of the island

Property was very clean and Elly as a host was available through Whatsapp. Uig shop is nearby, you can walk there if weather is ok, otherwise I suggest going with the car but be careful with the potholes. We were also welcomed with some cookies, which was nice.
I believe that for almost 300 euros per night they should fix the road towards their Rooms. Only right before our arrival we learned that the last 300-400 metars of the road is gravel, but not your ordinary one. It looks Like it was bombarded and it is Full of potholes. Be prepared for that, especially if your car is not larger SUV.
Entry door have a transparent glass which is very weird as someone can look into your room through it. We felt a bit uncomfortable because of that.
Wifi could also be better but given the location it was ok.

Amazing view over uig sands and wonderful beaches, rugged coastline and mountains close by for walking
