With fresh paint, new floors, added accent walls, and aesthetically pleasing decor, we strive for you to be comfortable and happy throughout your stay. Our goal is for you to feel like you're on vacation from the moment walk down the steps into the front door, so we have provided arcade games, hot tub, a coffee maker with supplies, and Smart TVs for your enjoyment! The beds available are a King, a Queen, a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle underneath, as well as a sleeper sofa in the Living Room makes the maximum occupancy 10 guests. Guest Access: Before check in you will be sent a personal entry code for the Smart Lock located on the front door. You will have access to the entire home and all of its amenities! The Neighborhood: Located in a cul-de-sac within the Walnut Creek neighborhood of Raleigh, NC. Getting Around: Having your own form of transportation is recommended. Other Things to Note: There are stairs going down to the front door, note the hand railing is on the right as you go down. It is not wheelchair accessible. There are two security cameras that show the front door and front yard for both your safety and our security. Interaction with Guests: I am available via message through the site and will provide my phone number once the reservation is confirmed! You will be able to check in whenever you arrive without in person contact as you will be sent a personal entry code for the Smart Lock located on the front door.

We wanted something different for Christmas break so we went to the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area of North Carolina. This house was a great home base as we explored the area each day. The kids loved using the hot tub in the morning and evening. We loved visiting the schools, parks and restaurants in the area. Overall, a great trip for us.

We had a great stay. It was very easy to check in and communication was very quick. Any questions I had were immediately answered. We stayed with family to take the kids to a football game. The house was the perfect home base. The kids loved the games and the living room was spacious enough for us all to chill when he got home in evenings. I would recommend this house.

This was a great location for a us. Right around the corner Walnut Creek (travel softball) house was clean and communication with the host was great. We will definitely book here again if we come back this way for another tournament.

We liked the house as soon as we walked in. Arcade games and Hot Tub is there to keep us busy hanging out with our friends. The only thing that needed was laundry detergent but host quickly ordered from Amazon to ship it the very next day. There's coffee Keurig and pods so you can wake up to make your own coffee to start the day. Short 13-15 minutes drive to downtown. Literally 4 minutes drive to a grocery store and a beautiful softball complex as we have tournament hosted there. Would totally stay again.

I really enjoyed staying at this property! Super cozy and felt like home. In a nice tucked away apart of the property, also be aware that there are stairs to get down to the front door. The living spaces were very clean, and had plenty of extra pillows, sheets, blankets, etc. The hot tub was tucked away and pretty private, which is nice. The neighbors were also very friendly! I think my only complaint was with the bed in the bedroom with the green wall. A couple traveling with me stayed in that room and expressed that the bed was a bit creaky and sagging a bit, so be aware if you’re sleeping with another person or weight a little more.

Our family drove in from New York to look at some colleges for my son, and we decided to make it a mini vacation. The house was the perfect size, each teenage boy had their own room and shared a full bathroom while my husband and I had the master with a full bath. The neighborhood was quiet, we were able to park our car right in the driveway, and we were just a 15 minute drive from Downtown Raleigh. Communication with the owners was flawless. Julia responded right away with our few questions and made check in and out very simple. The hot tub and arcade games were a great way to relax while enjoying our down time. Very clean and well maintained home, I would definitely stay here again!

Booking was quick and easy, owner was responsive and accommodating, property was clean and as described. Nice house located close to everything you could need. Based kitchen ware provided so just a trip to the grocery store and you're good to go. Would absolutely rent again if in the area!
