We would love to make your stay the best possible, please continue reading to find out more. SLEEPING This bunkhouse design is great for a group of up to 5 people. The master bed is queen sized with a tempurpedic mattress topper for added comfort. It even folds up and has a loveseat under it for entertaining. In the back of the camper are the bunks which have ample space and can even fit two adults(in a pinch), they come equipt with dual usb ports, a privacy curtain and even fans for added air flow Lastly with a few modifications, the dinette will easily convert to a bed. All pillows and linens are provided(even the dinette bed) KITCHEN This camper takes advantage of all the space, with amenities such as a fridge with separate freezer, microwave with convection capabilities, a sink with pulldown faucet, propane cooktop and even a built in vacuum with included attachments. All paper towels, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, and a pot are provided. BATHROOM You’ll forget that you’re roughing it with this full-sized bathroom. Stand up shower, toilet with foot flush and separate bathroom sink allow flexibility. Towels and Toilet Paper provided OUTSIDE AMENITIES This camper comes equipt with 15’ Lighted Awning for a perfect transition from day to night. Your rental includes four camping chairs, a small table, and a outdoor rug for your entertaining ease. Available as Add-on: Griddle and 6 ft tables for all your grilling and outside entertaining needs. DELIVERY If you require delivery and setup, the delivery charge covers all that. Not only will we be dropping the camper in the spot that you'll be staying, but will make sure that its level, that the water and electricity is hooked up, make sure that the fridge is cold so that any groceries can be instantly transferred, and if you have any special occasion that is being celebrated, let us know, we'll decorate accordingly. CLEANING and PREP We have a standard 5 step approach to getting the camper ready for your stay. 1. All linens and towels are sanitized including the comforters (Even most hotels can't say that) 2. All interior, kitchen, bathroom, dining areas are sanitized and wiped down. 3. Air ionizer is run prior to all stays in our camper 4. We make sure that you have ample TP, Paper towels, and trash bags for your stay 5. The exterior is given a quick wash right before we head out on delivery. ADD-ONS In our commitment to providing an exceptional stay in the camper, there are several options that we can provide. 1. Generator - If you are staying at a site without electricity, this is a great option. The generator has enough power for the entire camper, is relatively quiet and operates on Propane or gasoline. 1 full tank of Propane included with all generator rentals. 2. Golf Cart - If you want to add to the enjoyment, choose the Golf Cart and Golf Cart Delivery with your booking. Our cart comes with quilted seats, lifted all terrain tires, a lighted soundbar, and under carriage lights to cart you around in style. (Ginnie Springs welcomes golf cart deliveries, please let us know in advance any other location you’ll be staying at so we can verify their rules and regulations) 3. Griddle – Enjoy cooking outdoors? Choose this option. The Griddle hooks up to the campers propane supply and is just the right size to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner for your group. 4. Pre-stock your food and beverage grocery prior to your stays start. Let us take the stress off you, and you can pre-select all your favorite food and beverage wants and arrange them for your arrival. 5. Celebrating something special?
