Nice hotel, everything seems to be new. The breakfast was ok, but it lacked a bit of variety in my opinion. Bonus points are added for existing chargers for EV in the parking (mind that you have to request the RFID card in advance).
The A/C was somewhat underperforming in the initial room that was given, granted it was a huge room with a very high ceiling and on the top floor. They were kind enough to give us another smaller room on an intermediate floor.

The calmness surrounding the hotel is super good, you can just go out sit on the benches in lawn area and spend time talking with friends, great evenings !
Breakfast is delicious, but same Menu everyday, maybe change in Menu more often ??

Location, cleanliness
There are everywhere notices abiut keeping it quite after 22:00 and no smoking but no one takes no measures about these. I’ve had a room near some foreign guys that smoked and drank on the nearby hallway balcony with the door open and all the smell entered below the door inside rooms, furthermore they were very loud until late midnight and no one did anything, i’ve had to tell them to stop by myself with all possible risks involved
