The room was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also good, with a decent selection of food. Comfortable parking spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Any questions or issues were handled quickly and easily.
- The main downside was the noise from the trams. They started running early in the morning and woke me up several times. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
- The Wi-Fi was very slow and the signal was weak in my room. The connection often dropped, making Zoom calls difficult, especially video calls.

The breakfast is really nice :) Also the hotel has sauna, which is one of my favorite additional services. The room was clean and all hotel has very nice air fresher :) All the staff is always smiling and very very helpful !!!
At Saturday night there was a party at the hotel restorant , which is O.K., but they had very loud music really till late hours. And if you are on the floor which is next to the place.. is a bit too loud. Except that everything else was great

Great location, great and kind staff. Clean.
The apartment itself is very nice and clean, and the staff were genuinely kind and professional. Unfortunately, during our stay on December 31st and January 1st, there was no heating and, even worse, no hot water. They informed us they were doing everything in their power to fix the issues, which we appreciated.
Having no heating in January when the temperature is -10°C really spoils the experience. We were left with only one AC unit, which was not enough to warm up the space. Not being able to take a warm shower made the experience even more difficult. While we liked the place, I cannot give a higher rating because basic living conditions were not met during the coldest time of the year.
