Island Tower 2103 is a professionally decorated three-bedroom, three-bath condo with amazing gulf-front views from the west corner of the 21st floor! Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59 in the heart of Gulf Shores.
Unit amenities:
• Gulf-front balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom
• Tile flooring throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. Dining table seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit
• Living area has a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom has a king-size bed
• Third bedroom has full-over-full bunk beds (Children under 6 years old should not be permitted on the top bunk.)
• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out
• Maximum of two cars allowed
• No boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles allowed on the property
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited at the pools, fitness center, BBQ area, lobby, elevators, stairwells, and common area walkways. Cigarette cans are provided for proper disposal only.

The pictures of the posting doesn’t do it justice. Had a recent day in June 2026. The accommodations were perfect for five adults.

The view from this condo is incredible, and the location is hard to beat. It's within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and ice cream. We also loved the layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, which worked great for our family. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, and the management company was responsive whenever we had questions.A couple of drawbacks are worth noting. First, parking enforcement was extremely strict. My in-laws' vehicle had a valid parking pass hanging from the rearview mirror, but because the pass was partially flipped (see image), a boot was placed on the vehicle. They were charged 250 to have it removed and had to wait until the following day because the towing company had already closed. While this may be a property policy issue rather than the owner's fault, it's something guests should be aware of and double-check before leaving their vehicle. Second, the elevators were a frequent frustration during our stay. They seemed to go out of service easily, and when one was down, wait times could exceed 20 minutes during busy periods. Getting to and from the beach in a very crowded elevator is very time-consuming and uncomfortable, especially at peak times. This is our 3rd time staying in this building and this has been an issue each time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the condo itself, but future guests should be aware of the parking and elevator issues.

Great property close to restaurants and other attractions. We were there for the NCAA championship and this was a 5-10 minute walk from courts.

The view from this unit was amazing. Living room, dining area and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Check-in was super easy.
Main bedroom had really flat pillows and no pillow protectors. New pillows were delivered on request.
When it came time to strip the beds upon leaving, I was grossed out by the stains on the mattress. Wish I had not seen that. There was no mattress pad.
Bathrooms were dirty with mold in the corners of the shower unit in main bathroom. The other tub/shower units were also not very clean. Someone did come to clean the bathrooms one day after I called. However, they should have been spotless prior to our arrival.
The pool was really small for the number of units in the building. On several days it was packed, allowing only a little space for each person in the water. If someone wanted to swim, they would have had to use the pool early morning or late night.
Management team was responsive, however some of these issues should have been taken care of before the unit was even released for rental.
