The location is super good. It has many bus and metro stations close. Everything is walking distance.
Has a 7/11 in front.
Hotel was very clean. Beds very comfy. Has a laundry and lockers.
There is free breakfast with very limited options
They don’t give you early check in. You have to wait until 3 even if your room is ready.
There is almost no hanging space in the room. The laundry is good but the dryer doesn’t dry well.
There are no water fountains and they only give you one bottle water per person per day after 3pm.
The breakfast sandwich is not super good. Its a good snack to take to your day trip and I would still have breaky somewhere else

-breakfast was terrible
-welcome by staff was cold in comparison to anywhere else I’ve experienced in Japan. No smiles no hello. The lady on checkout (wearing a blazer) was lovely and if she’d been there on arrival may have been different. The other staff just looked like they didn’t want to be there.
-lots of large tour groups so very congested in the mornings getting in and out
-no kettle in the room
-had to ask for water every day which seemed like an inconvenience to the staff (just provide in the room)
-no luggage forwarding services.. nearest one was 8mins away which I had to find myself, staff unhelpful when asked
