Located in Swannanoa, this lovely house for $262 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Location, Location! All are welcome ✨Come enjoy the Best of both worlds. Just 10 minutes to downtown Asheville! Only 4 Miles from the BILTMORE ESTATE !! Our beautiful home is located on the “Mountain To Sea Trail”( just walk to the end of the street to access the trail!! ) and 1 mile from the BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY Entrance. Private, peaceful, quiet , safe neighborhood The Blue Ridge Parkway offers plenty of hiking, gorgeous views and picnic spots. We are conveniently located just 10 minutes from Downtown Asheville , the Biltmore Estate and the South Slope breweries . Shoji Spa is just up the road for a Hot Tub or massage. The huge deck is perfect for grilling and family gatherings . It overlooks the Fire-pit and a large, private yard. The large kitchen has stainless steal appliances and granite countertops. It’s well equipped with pots, pans, dishes etc. Coffee and Tea Pretty wine glasses, beer mugs, and seating for 8 people. The dining room opens on to the large deck with additional dining table and grill. The light-filled main floor is open concept living and dining rooms. It holds 3 spacious bedrooms ,including the master on main with a private bathroom. The sunroom has a nice selection of board games and jigsaw puzzles. Downstairs /Lower level : -FUTTON for an extra bed -has a large family room with a big comfy couch, smart TV, -desk and chair -direct access to a large back yard - full bathroom with shower - laundry room Spectrum High Speed Internet and Cable TV. Central Air-conditioning The access to the home is on level paved roads and there is parking for 6 cars. Our home is in a quiet, safe, pretty neighborhood of large trees and occasionally bear visitors We are good neighbors and ask that our guests are too ; by being mindful of quiet hours outside after 9:30PM. ✨🍁 Celebrating Diversity We delight in the beautiful variety of flowers and animal life we have here . Close to everything, but outside the crazy traffic zone. Just Minutes to the Biltmore, Downtown, Blue Ridge Parkway and a grocery store. The walking trail is at the end of the street, and the neighborhood is beautiful to walk too. The home owner was very easy to contact, and we had a groundhog visit us each morning and evening in the backyard. While there, we found several really fun spots to check out along the River Arts District and in Biltmore Village. Also got to see the sunflowers in full bloom near Antler Village and fog rolling in over the mountains along the Parkway. Great trip, and wonderful house location!

We all loved this property! There were 7 of us, 6 adults & a 17 month old baby. We were all so comfortable. Especially love the sun room off the kitchen! Rebecca was fantastic!!! We had some unfortune luck with a flat tire the night before we were all supposed to continue our travels to Jacksonville. Rebecca accommodated us as long as she could without getting in the way of her housekeeping staff. Thank you again Rebecca!! Would love to vacation in your lovely home again.!!

Great location of the house. Asheville is a fun place to visit. Wonderful restaurants and shopping. While eating on the rooftops, we enjoyed beautiful view of the mountains. The comedy bus tour, LaZoom was a great way to see the city. The art district fun. The Biltmore and gardens is fantastic!

This property is 5-10 minutes from anything you could want to do in Asheville! Good size for a group, comfy couches and master bed, great communication with owner. Value price for the location!

Easy check-in, TONS of space upstairs for the four of us, could’ve easily brought another couple (there’s also a downstairs living room). The 3 bathrooms are clutch when trying to get everyone out on time. Just under 15 minutes to downtown. There’s a supermarket 4 minutes away. Just a super convenient rental all around!

A nice home in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. House was well stocked and served as a great base for our long weekend in Asheville. We would stay there again.
