My family and I had a wonderful weekend. The home was as described. Close to downtown. We came in to go snow tubing with the kids and were just 10 minutes away from moonshine mountain. The host was easy to communicate with and we had no issues. Beautiful fresh flowers in several rooms was a nice touch. We would definitely return.

We spent a short weekend to visit the Biltmore Estate. Our stay was brief but the location was perfect! The home was clean and safe and offered plenty of room for us! We enjoyed our stay!

This home exceeded expectations. It had everything we needed. And our dogs loved the dog supplies. We’ll be back!

Charming, clean and cozy! Very well stocked, including things I wouldn’t have thought of needing. Conveniently located. Nancy was very available for questions, etc. Fresh flowers in several different rooms were a special touch! Would definitely come again!

Stayed at the house for four nights with our dog. The house was great for the two of us and was central to everything. Easy access to downtown and restaurants, grocery stores close by and several parks nearby connected to The Greenway.

A very charming farm house in the quintessential Blue Ridge Mountains. The guest book has all the options you could need even if you are not visiting during the holidays. The extra details including fresh flowers and pet supplies felt more like visiting family than a VRBO. Thank you Nancy for an enjoyable stay.

We had a great time at the Hendersonville farmhouse. It was amazingly well-stocked - everything you would need. We stayed over thanksgiving week and the kitchen had more tools and pans and pots than you could ask for. We brought our baby and there was a pack n play and booster seat for him. Having the washer and dryer was perfect with the baby. It’s located super close to downtown Hendersonville and an easy drive to lots of local attractions. We had a great week and will be back next time we’re in town.

Great location. 15-20 minute walk to downtown Hendersonville or 5 minute drive. 5 minute walk to a brewery. Big open parking area for 3-4 cars, which made unloading easy. Beautiful house with original design such as hard wood floors. Will definitely be staying here again.

The farm house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The landscaping around the house is impeccable. The host have made sure you have everything you could possibly need. The location is great. It’s very close to Main Street as well as not far from the Apple Farms and Winery’s.
I can’t wait to go back!!!!

Hendersonville was a great town with good food and shopping. It was close to National and State parks and we enjoyed the vineyards and apple orchards. The only long distance we drove was to Grandfather Mountain- well worth the trek.
The house was wonderful - clean and well stocked with all we needed. Exactly as advertised.

Nancy is great! We had a little issue when we arrived and it was fixed quickly and on a Saturday. I would definitely stay here again.

This is truly a great place to stay. The hosts were outstanding and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. We stayed in Hendersonville to check out the area and do some hiking. We were able to find excellent hiking just a short drive away in Dupont and Pisgah, explored Flat Rock, and sampled many of the breweries nearby. My 2 favorite things about this house....1. Trailside Brewery is less than half a mile away and we walked there through the neighborhood. 2. There are excellent grocery stores less than a mile away, so you need more milk or a banana?...no sweat, there and back in no time! Ok, my 3rd favorite thing is that Nancy and Al were so pleasant and really, this house is just great.

We stayed at the house working from home and exploring the area for a week. The internet worked well and the house was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a nice stay and a lot of nice little touches to make it special. :) We enjoyed the walk into town (about a mile), and the closest brewery was only 0.3 miles and very good! Would stay there again - thank you!

WE wanted a property easy to walk to town, but this is quite a feat for where main street is located, so commercialized there. The home was extremely clean and Owners provided many extras which was a great touch. Our only complaint is the noise of car traffic and it seems that this town is very busy. Too many people as is the case for the world today. We were very happy with the home and its yard and being located on a corner. Beware, the town does not offer good sidewalks.

The house was perfect in every way. It was clean, spacious and fully equipped. Owner was gracious and very helpful. The trip was just a short weekend with my Mom who had strokes a few years ago. I knew she needed to get out but finding a place that supports her mobility challenges is not always easy. This house fit the bill in every way. Thank you for sharing your home with us.and helping us to make beautiful memories.

Only 1 mile away from downtown, this beauty was a great/quiet stay. It was a much needed break from the big city lifestyle. The family enjoyed every second.

The house was full of charm, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our best friends live in Hendersonville so we really enjoyed our visits back and forth with them. The house was updated and very nicely decorated. You could tell that the owners take pride in their downtown farmhouse and they went above my expectations to include fresh flowers throughout the house.
Thank you again for your hospitality,
Chris and Jane

This is a recently renovated residence which is ideally situated near to Hendersonville's downtown attractions but out in the attractive neighborhoods to the city's west. The owners live nearby and are attentive, and it is obvious that the upgrades to the property inside and out were completed with hands on care.

The house was so clean and had everything you would need for your stay. It was perfectly located to the downtown area and for sight seeing the mountains. Nancy made you feel welcome, by having fresh flowers through out the house. I would highly recommend this lovely house.

We live in town but needed a place to stay for 5 days while work was done at our house. The house was immaculately clean; the bed not only so comfortable; the linens were luxurious. The house very cozy, fresh flowers (!), the host went above and beyond with amenities, essentials for dogs too.. Great location- close to downtown and everything else the area has to offer. The host checked in daily to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the farmhouse for Thanksgiving and had everything we needed to prepare our feast!! The owner told me to let her know if we needed anything extra but the kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary. Location was great. Also LOVED the vintage vibe!

We were in town for bike races at Jackson Park: 2 adults, a 6'8" college freshman son. a 10 year old daughter, and 2 greyhounds. The house was perfect for what we needed. Absolutely spotless, well stocked and provisioned kitchen (including Rubbermaid for food storage, which is very rare for rentals in our experience) Nancy was incredibly helpful. We will definitely try to stay here for the races next year

If you need a nice little place to stay for 3-6 people as a staging area for all of the activities of the greater Asheville area, this place is perfect. Quiet neighborhood yet convenient to downtown Hendersonville and the surrounding area. Host is communicative and easy to work with…great experience.

We traveled for apple season & could not have picked a better place to stay. Old farmhouse charm with recent renovations, immaculately clean, & an ideal location. We loved this little house & the hosts thought of just about everything for a more comfortable stay. Would definitely book again.
