This condo has an open upstairs floor plan with an incredible ocean view balcony. Comfortable furnishings to enjoy the colors of sunset. The fresh kitchen is loaded with everything you need for meals. Family friendly, the condo includes a pack-n-play and games for the older kids. Desk with chair and monitor makes working at home easy. Seascape Sur, set on the bluff above the ocean, is known as the "Jewel of the Bluff" and no wonder why; the gated complex is beautifully maintained with gardens so lush you would think you were vacationing in the tropics! Koi ponds, turtles, waterfalls and a babbling brook compliment the two swimming pools, two jacuzzis and tennis courts (all within a quick one minute walk from the front door). Beach access stairs are located right at the edge of the property getting you on the sand in no time. Solana Beach is laid back walking community with the Del Mar Racetrack being only a 15-minute stroll away. There are many restaurants and cafes for all tastes and budgets within easy walking distance and dozens more just a short drive away. Cedros Avenue’s fashionable shopping and Sunday's Farmer's Market is a close 10-minute walk away. Close by, on the 101, are many bike shops including a bike rental on the corner of Lomas Santa Fe. Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park and La Jolla are all an easy drive. The Solana Beach train station is a 10-minute walk so you can ride up to Disneyland or any of the other coastal towns easily and efficiently. This unit is not air conditioned. Ocean breezes and fans will help keep you cool. Convenient parking in secure underground garage. This is a non-smoking community and non-smoking unit. Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying there. It was just the rest and relaxation we needed. It was so quiet, all we could hear was the sound of the ocean and the birds. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent beach access. No beach chairs or other supplies but there were beach towels. Management is professional, friendly and responsive.

They could have finished renovations like outside deck and windows but overall nice.

The views from the living space and balcony were outstanding and the interior had a great beach cottage vibe to it. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Lots of beach gear, especially for little ones, and the beach accessible from the property is picturesque. Had a few items come up during our stay and the communication was prompt and thoughtful. We rarely return to the same place twice on holidays but may break our own rule for this one!

Seascape sur 44 has everything you and your family could possibly need. This rental was just completely renovated and fully stocked. Perfect for families with children of all ages. Unbeatable location. Great price and exceptional rental company.
