The rooms are great. The pool is beautiful. Great beach. Everybody had great fun. We used the shuttles to Lamai city and it was also great. All the family had great fun in Maui Thai class. The staff was great. Everybody so nice and helpful. Great value for money. Loved every minute.

I loved the beautiful view of the ocean from my room, the room was spacious and super comfy, the food was AMAZING and walking distance from restaurants, massage laces and grocery store. It was also a short drive from a Chinese medicine practitioner and physical therapist, which came in handy on the trip. Lastly, the staff was amazing. I
Have never so eagerly parted with my money before I left but had to tip ALL of the staff because I couldn’t pick any one person who was excellent, I truly thought every single staff member was amazing!
While I loved my view, I disliked that the beach was not user friendly at all. There was no dance and literally no one ever went in the water. This was truly disappointing. The price was much higher than comparable properties in Bangkok, but I understand that this is in part because the weather in Samui is great during the rainy season.

Location by beach. Nice staff.
room noise - right next to fast main road with noisy bikes, cars and trucks all day and night, struggled to sleep and frequently woke. Asked to move but they wouldn’t. , WiFi appear to pay for - you have to charge to room but when you check at reception there is no charge so not sure why they do that. At breakfast a muesli jar had a colony of ants inside, just about to sprinkle on yogurt 1000’s ants crawling out disgusting. Sun bed mattresses look dirty and stained. Some activities to pay for, 2000 bart for 1 hour seemed expensive for where we were. Ordered twin room then when arrived said non available, they need to put a camp bed in room no other rooms available no alternatives, not acceptable. My son 6ft 2” and had to manage for 5 nights in a small bed with a mattress covered in plastic.
