Light and airy riad in the old medina. Basic facilities but you get what you pay for so it was good value for the price, compared to other Riads in Rabat. In a great position - only a few minutes walk to the Kasbah, the souks and restaurants. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff were friendly.
The noise from other residents’ children was very loud and carried throughout all the floors of the Riad (especially at 2am!!).Fairly close to a mosque but it wasn’t too intrusive. In my opinion the bed was hard but my husband didn’t find it too bad. Unfortunately the roof top pool had been emptied, which was disappointing as it was the main reason we had chosen this Riad.

Great location in the medina, a 15 minute walk from Rabat beach. It is nice that the room has a little couch to relax on. The staff were also nice and organised an early breakfast for us as we checked out at 6am.
The room is smaller than shows in the photos, and was not very clean. There were ants everywhere, which overnight ended up in the bed as well, and we woke up with bites. The room is also not soundproof at all, so you hear everyone coming in at night. Parking was also confusing - they do not have any parking, there is just street parking if you can find it (paying 20d to a guard that walks around).
There might be another better choice for this price in Rabat.

The riad is nice, but not very authentic or nicely decorated. Staff was welcoming and helpful, and the location is very convenient, close to both Rabat centre/medina and the nearby beach/port.
Based on what we paid, we were expecting a bit more, to be honest. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially compared with other locations where we paid much less and we were given so much good food. Wifi was not working very well in our room (not a big problem, obviously, but if you pay more than 80 euro a night you would expect it to work at least). Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (there were shades and dust on sink). I know it is not riad's fault, but 4 euro per night of city tax is unnecessarily high.
