The location was priority and it was close to where needed, the overall look was modern and neat. It was practical and easy to get to.
Didn’t look as advertised eg, there was broken fence peices left on driveway which I had to physically move to get my car on. And the garden was not the same as picture advertised. The home improvements are an easy fix and hope in future this gets done. Cleanliness average due to dirty cutlery, cups and glasses which I had to clean to use so that could be improved. But overall apart from this had a lovely stay in the facilities.

Great sized property, well decorated, cosy, good value and a massive garden!
The stay was exceptional except for one thing. After we'd been at the property for an hour or so, another family turned up who had made a booking for the cottage for the same night as us. This appeared to be an administrative error, they had booked through air BnB and us through booking.com (I guess the diaries don't update straight away and we were both somehow able to book?). As we were there first we stayed and the other family received a full refund, but finding another accomodation for the same night, that would allow pets and for a similar price must have been tough for them and I really felt badly for them. According to the owner this has happened a couple of times before. I think the diary for this place should be monitored more closely going forwards so that this doesn't happen to other parties who book Wychwood. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay! 😊

Very clean and well equipped.
TV/Sky not working.
Various pieces if unfinished flooring and skirting missing which was dangerous. ( sharp corner with large nail sticking out)
