Location was fantastic. On San Martin street close to the the main attractions in town and close to the good trailheads for Laguna Torre and Laguna de los Tres. It is part of the El Relincho group and so there is a nice reception area nearby where the hosts are available to help. On our check in day, we were coming by bus from the last bus from El Calafate and the host stayed late to make sure my check in was smooth. Each day they'd even ask if I needed anything. They gave great tips as well. Over a 2 week period in Chalten, Calafate, and Puerto Natales, this was our favorite place to stay. Would come back in a heartbeat. Good heating, good hot showers, comfortable bed. Ask them what they charge in person as well and take advantage of paying in person in cash for the blue dollar rate!
