We liked the location, serenity, open space, nature, firepit with provided bin of wood, the outdoor shower, the quiet and most importantly the outdoors. The host was nice and honest.
I didn’t like that there was a family member living under the house, made us super uncomfortable and uneasy and weren’t told until meeting them at the property. Also that there was no wifi connection/cell service and only informed upon arrival leaving none of us with internet connection or phone connection for the duration of our stay. I didn’t think the price was worth the experience. I didn’t like that there were lights not working on the front and back verandahs making it difficult to cook on the bbq with a small light, play cards hang around with flashlights and candles. The main shower leaked out the side near the door, having to place an extra bath mat down so the kids wouldn’t slip. Ants were everywhere, some screens had gaps causing mosquitoes to come inside.
