El jacuzzi con vista al mar fue lo más original y bonito que he visto en todos mis viajes. La ubicación y el parking un gran plus del lugar.
Algunos muebles parecían un poco descuidados y las sillas dentro de la habitación eran reposeras de playa, sería más cómodo para sentarse otro tipo de asiento. Desayuno 7/10

My family lives in Kusadasi, so I am half local. Came with my fiancee whose first time in Kusadasi. The location was right next to the sea with the "main" street passing; but this part of the street is less busy (barely a 2-lane narrow road) so there was no noise. Had panoramic sea view with cruise ships visible on one side and the historical "guvercinada castle on the other".
Breakfast was; well, I personally love tahin-molasses, eggs and fresh simit, so was great for me. There were also 5-6 type of fresh cheese and "sigara boregi", a turkish version of spring rolls.
Rooms were very clean and the staff was really kind and helpful and this includes the gents in the small private parking lot next door (yes, we have private parking lots in Turkey, unfortunately). No further comments on that, they were all professional and helpful.
Parking lot was adjacent to the hotel and was free and available 24hrs.
This is a boutique hotel so I was not looking for fancy carpets or a spa or gym. My gym was having long walks by the seaside, but I believe there is gyms available for daily use nearby. Dunno that much, just try and explore it. One more thing, they are about 20 mins in walking to Ladies Beach and 5 mins to the famous fish restaurants (balıkçılar çarşısı).
Not much, maybe the ceiling shower caps could be replaced to have a more even flow of water; but for me it's purely optional. No problems with the shower otherwise.

Very nice hotel crew and great location!
The restaurant staff was arrogant and lazy. Poor breakfast and no fresh coffee available, not even with egging i was able to get a coffee. Very badly insolated room, could hear the traffic as if cars would drive through my room.
