The staff were all super friendly and helpful , especially Emin who helped us to book a private boat trip which was arguably the holiday highlight and provided us with shopping recommendations for the local markets.
All the rooms are clean and the location is perfect with only a short cab drive to Yalikavak Old Town and Marina.

Location
Some members of the staff were not very welcoming, and the rooms were not very clean. In addition, one of our belongings disappeared from our room after the housekeeping staff had cleaned it, which was very disappointing and regrettable.
