About this house rental
Nestled in Rock Hill, this charming house for $103 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This Townhome is located near Lake Wylie, less than two miles from Ebenezer park, and boat launch, and yet is only minutes from Route 77, Carowinds Amusement park and Charlotte. This townhouse comes with 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms, the master having a queen size bed, a master bath and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has been converted into an office space with desk and chair, and a full size futon. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a high top table for 4, a living room, front porch with two chairs, and back patio with a grill and patio set for 4. We have 2 parking spots for the rental, a full size washer and dryer (in unit), wi-fi, cable, and TV's in the living room and the master bedroom. The townhouse also comes with use of the community pool. We will provide sheets and towels if you would like. The townhouse is the last building on the street, and has a back patio & yard with trees behind it. There is no smoking in the unit and ashtrays are located on both the patio and front porch for those who smoke. We do not allow any pets. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. Host answered all messages promptly and was very sweet. Kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook properly- and sharp knives. Always something we hope for!

This home was clean, nicely decorated and roomy enough for us and our 4 year old. We never had any reason to reach out to the owner since all necessary instructions were outlined in a binder. The neighborhood was quiet and my little one enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this location again when we come back to Charlotte.

Myself, husband, 17 yo daughter & her best friend were on our way home from Myrtle Beach & stopped here for a couple days to visit Carowinds. We stayed here about 8 years ago & loved it then also. Great place, very clean & had all the amenities you could need! Pool was close & clean as well. Highly recommend!

For the first time ever when coming to Rock Hill, my husband and I needed a place to stay. My mother lived in Rock Hill, actually very close to this townhouse...passed away a year, so her house was no longer available to us.
We found the townhouse to be clean, comfortable (especially the reclining sofas), and convenient. If we ever come back to RH and townhouse is available we will stay here again.

The property was exactly what was advertised and we enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient for us to visit our friend who attends Winthrop University. Really close to Ebenezer Park which was nice. Definitely would stay again.

We had a change in plans on what was supposed to be just an adult trip and had to bring our 3 toddlers with us. The host was extremely understanding and the stay was surprisingly comfortable. My kids loved the pool and the house was beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location
A fantastic location with plenty of amenities and some very comfortable couches to relax on after a long day. Great communication, parking right outside of the property, and a super-easy check-in -process. Five stars.

Great Week's Stay!
The property was really comfortable and perfect for our stay in the Charlotte area as we were volunteering at the Wells Fargo PGA tournament! So much better than a hotel room - the unit is located in the back of the property making it really quiet with little traffic. We would definitely come back again!

The place includes everything which is very nice and Kristen was kind enough to let us come early with two LO's. It is a modern lay out and the place was hip. Here is some of the bad: When we first arrived we noticed something strange on the ground near the shoes mat. Upon further examination there were what I thought to be maggots. I would say there were about 50 dead. They ended up being a tree worm. Not thinking much of it, I called VRBO customer service and the girl I talked to kind of riled me up. She told me that is unacceptable and I should try and get a full refund. I thought hmm, maybe she is right let me reach out to Kristen. Kristen did send her cleaning lady (Paid my cleaning fee) and she picked up the worms to throw in our trash. Kristen said she would refund me one of the three nights. I don't know why but I figured let me ask for two nights since we were leaving at 2 A.M. the last day. It seemed to make Kristen mad and the way I interpreted her email is that if I want a refund leave right that second. I felt so unwelcomed and all of the sudden it was not only her emailing me but her husband too. It might sound silly but I felt almost like threatened. We couldn't leave because of unpacking my kids. Again, this is just my opinion with how I felt from that point on. Another bad note, there was a very strong dog smell to the condo. I love animals, but when staying at a pet free place you would think there would not be pet dander. The dogs towel was in the one room not cleaned at all. Additionally, I found black lab dog hair all over the place. We all woke up with red eyes from all the dog dander in the place. The worst kicker is we found a bunch more living tree worms the rest of our time there. I have pictures and videos of them. Not trying to cause drama, just felt really bad about this incident and no one resolved my issue. I almost wish the associate from VRBO did not make me so mad. VRBO/Homeaway still has yet to resolve my complaints. I will never stay again with this company, they can do nothing to help you. But can really make you "riled" up.

Such an easy booking - owner was very responsive and helpful.
The house was wonderful. Extremely clean and very comfortable.
There is a notebook with everything you need to know about the house. I’m always nervous that I’m going to forget to do something when I check out of a property, but Kristen left detailed information that made us feel like we had everything taken care of.
Convenient to restaurants and other shopping in Rock Hill. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area!

Little Gem Near Everything...
The Townhome in Rock Hill was a little gem close to everything. We liked exploring the little towns nearby - York, Rock Hill, and Fort Mill around the real reason of attending an event in Charlotte. Good restaurants in these little out of the way places and quaint shops. Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of privacy being an end unit. We would go back in a heart beat.

Cute little condo, Perfect Getaway!
The condo was neat and tidy and had everything we needed. There was supplies and condiments that we were not expecting such as laundry detergent and soap. We are used to having to bring our own but this condo felt like home.

Just Like Home !
Kristen's home is decorated tastefully and very welcoming. It was so nice to be able to check in, get settled and not have to run to the store for basic kitchen, bathroom and/or laundry supplies. Everything is included. The end unit is quiet and private. There is access to a neighborhood pool. Towels for bath/pool and bed linens are available. Kristen is a wonderful hostess and is readily available when needed. We had a great experience and highly recommend the Cottage Rose in Rock Hill.
