Great b location. Host was there to greet me snd let me in.
Furniture was dated. Freezer was in bad need of defrosting. Shower fixtures were corroded and missing some stainless steel flex hose.
Need WRITTEN directions for how to operate the HVAC. Same for the coffee maker. The language in the TV was on ITALIAN and could not be changed. If you are marketing to international travelers, then more English instructions would have been helpful..
Heat did not work on either unit. Heat came on in the MBR but went off after a few minutes. Outside temps were in the 10's (C). THE MBR got down to 17° - 18° C and the heater would not stay on. Lots of extra blankets and pillows were available.
A floor lamp would be nice to have in the living room. Hard to read with only 2 overhead lights.
Soap but no shampoo in the shower. A USB plug-in would be helpful especially if coming from the USA.
Please note my comments are minor except for the lack of Heat. Overally a good value and great location.

The location was perfect.
The coffee maker didn’t work. Worn out pots and pans so fine if you are only eating out.
