Great location. Liked having 24 hr reception staff. All very friendly. Liked the architecture,original old moorish feel.

Hotel was very close to Las Setas which was ideal location. Its located on a quiet street and is a very beautiful building which is why i booked it. The walk to the Cathedral and Palace was about 20 mins. The staff were very pleasant.
Had a room on the second floor and could hear a constant loud generator noise which I got used to. There is no fridge in the room to keep your drinks cool. Also no tea making facilities which you would expect- you have to go to the ground .floor to make a drink. The breakfast was ok nothing special.

Amazing stay in Seville. We experienced the charm of a Sevillian palace. Everything was great: the staff, the location, how amazing the room was, and the cleanliness. I am looking forward to coming back soon

Good location, the hotel courtyard is nice and staff is friendly
Top floor doesn’t get wifi connection at all. Bathroom door was making so much noise. Shower heads could change
